39 Plymouth

Hello new to forum. I am looking for the easiest way to take my 1939 Plymouth sedan p8 off its frame and put it on either a newer car or truck. Any ideas? What works? What fits ?

Usually newer components are put on the original frame.

The easiest way is to NOT do it. Unless there is something major wrong with your original frame the best thing to do is keep it. There are many ways to upgrade your brakes / suspension that would be far easier / cleaner / and quicker than trying to do a frame swap that often ends up an abandoned project.

I agree... Thats a big Task..... But What come to mind for me are some of my old reliable friends..... Pete and Jakes or TCI... Street rod stuff..
But it is a pricey transformation...
