Back up cam on 2012 Ram 1500

Back up cam on 2012 Ram 1500
Gentleman, I have been doing some research and it appears that there are video ports on the back of my touchscreen but non nav/backup cam factory radio. So the question is has anyone tried to hook an aftermarket back up cam to a factory radio? If so... little help?
