A/C only blows out defrost ports

I have a 2017 Ram 3500 Laramie with about 85,000 miles. Just yesterday when I got in to go to work, I noticed I could hear the blower but nothing was coming out the vents. I pushed the defrost button and that works fine. Turn it off and you can here everything change but no air moving out of the front or rear seat area vents . It happened after I renewed my Sirius XM account and they sent a refresh signal, but I'm pretty sure that's a coincidence. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Will just say that everything else is in good working order.... I would go with a Bleed Door Motor... But give you your old one a tap with a screwdriver and see if it moves first.

My brand new (at the time) 2017 Challenger had problems with the air deflector/routing. The doors were sticking due to minor alignment issues. I "wiggled" things around a bit and I haven't had any trouble since. Take a look at the parts being moved by the motors also, not that RacerHod is off the mark. Just make sure the parts move freely with the motor disconnected, so you don't change the motor and not fix the root problem.

Well, I ignored the problem for a couple of days and it started working again. First time in my life I've ignored a problem and it went away. Gonna go buy a lottery ticket and not look at it for 5 months. If it comes back I guess I'll tear into it.
