Question Headliner

hey on my 1979 Dodge Warlock II (W150 4x4) it did not come stock with a headliner. Does anyone know who might make an aftermarket headliner board and fabric that will fit in there? i need to cover up the wires from the cab lights. thanks

why don’t you make one? I make my own rear deck shelves and other stuff. I use a Varity of stuff. lexan or fiber glass. i dont recomend it in your case its costly and time consuming. I cant think of the name of the board. but the best way to describe it is peg board (without the holes in it) home depot carry’s it. use a piece of cardboard as a template to get it to the size you want. attach plastic/nylon block to the roof to keep it from sagging use high strength epoxy to hold the plastic/nylon block (a hot melt glue gun will hold it in place as the epoxy sets) then use the 3m 77 adhesive spray to hold your fabric to the board. and you can use thin foam from a fabric store between your board and fabric to keep the screw heads from showing. as far as trim around it to hide the outside edges u can find that at fabric stores.. hope I helped you? me I like too say I made it instead of saying I bought it. with a lot of planning u can make it look factory or professional

i like that...sounds like its not that difficult as long as you are careful with the measurements...just time consuming
