welps.. i just purchased from my father a '91 dodge dakota 4x2 extended cab with a stock 5.2l 318(Holley throttle body).

i'm kinda glad cause it only cost me $500 and this truck has been in my family for a rather long time..(bad at math but i'm only 19).

anyways my Q is if you guys have had troubles with the emissions pump in these trucks? the one in this one loves to squeel when it either A gets wet or humid weather.. also.. ever had this happen;the pipe connecting to the emmisions pump that runs alongside the cat, the welding on it came off.. leaves a very annoying rattlin sound...

 

There is no emissions pump on that truck(aka smog pump, air pump), the line off of the cat runs to your EGR system. Are u sure its not your power steering pump?
