I need info
I am planning on building me a 95 dakota reg cab shortbed im wanting to have it as a street/strip truck and my plan is to have it touch mid to high 11's
My plan was to throw in a 400 with a 727 combo and a dana 60 rearend any got any ideas to set me in the right derection to what i need to do to hit my goal?? I am hoping to hit this goal without nos too... IMO i think nos is the cheap way outta building your own fast car! Any info will be appresheated Thanks Will |
i don't see anything wrong with nitrous if its done right, done wrong could cost alot $ in repair costs. 400 is a good choice, quick revving engine. just maybe put a good set of pistons, heads, and a good cam. the biggest thing to get good times in a truck is hooking up. so rear suspension should be a priority also.

with out a doubt the suspension my pops is gonna help me figure that out

If you have the money, get a link system for the rear end as it will be able to give you adjustablity and you can get it tuned in. If not, leafs will work fine for the time being.
I also posted up in your other thread about a rear dana 60. |

yeah as far as rear sus. goes i was planning on going with a 4 link system
