Mine is not bad but the silver is mostly gone and, when I tried to clean the black part, the black came off. I noticed the end piece near the glove box is cracked. Classic Industries and Year One have them for $445 to $500+ (and Year 1 seems to charge a great deal for shipping compared to others). If I repaired this piece myself, what is the correct color (silver) for the bottom and type of black (flat? Satin?) for the top? Thanks for any help you can give.
