Big Block Heads?

Which heads would provide the best bang for the buck and would be best in the long run for a street motor that will eventually be built further (600+hp)? Edelbrock aluminum heads, Mopar Performance aluminum heads, stock heads with machine work, or the aluminum heads on 440source.com?

either the edels, or 440 source, the mopar heads have alot of shrouding, and would reguire quite a bit of deshrouding to make them flow well,

Be sure to check the head gasket mating on the Stealth's. There have been fitment issues causing the head gasket to overhang in the chamber.

I really like the 440 source heads. We used a set on the race car and they worked really nice. They were a good alternative to the Indy brand heads, as we were boycotting Indy.

Why were you boycotting Indy?

You said you may want to go even with more hp later ? Well I use the Indy EZ heads as they were only a couple hundred dollars more and they have much more to work with then any of the other heads you mention hear. The EZ heads can support up to 800 hp. Ron
