There are two of these threads so I added to both of them

Happy and safe Thanksgiving for me. I hope for all else to. I stayed up late last night cooking that brisket..up early this morning to start it on the grill and start the turkey. Carried it 50 miles across town and ate. Then went to Autorama and back home safe.

Here's what I did last night...started out with this....

4 hours later it turned out like this....

and then four hours wrapped in foil on the backyard grill this morning and it turned out like this....
