My little Rib Eater.

Today I made some of the best baby back ribs I have ever made. 1 hour open on the grill with some pecan wood and then one hour wrapped in foil. Then out of foil for 15 minutes worth of basting with some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. My 19 month old grand daughter ate two of them right off the bone.

Your grand daughter sure does know how to clean the bone huh? SMART kid!

Thats the same BBQ sauce that we use. We always have at least 1 big bottle of it in the house at all times.
