1968 Fender Tag Decoding

I'm hoping someone can help decode the following fender tag. It is from a 1968 GTX. A14 is supposed to be the projected build date. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. I've been searching and have found a little information. 83 is 440 4 bbl and 5 I think is a 3 speed auto transmission. The 44 I think is tires and the A14 is supposed to be a projected build date. I can't find any codes for those.
