I have my dads 78 dodge powerwagon and I haven't been able to find any interior parts for it can anybody help me ?

Of course ebay is always worth watching, and there's a place called Vintage Power Wagons that might have something, they specialize in way older stuff and a lot of military but you may get lucky. A lot of parts are interchangeable up till ~93 with those trucks.
