stoopid question, where is the neutral safety switch on a '68 727 auto

Hard to describe but its on the drivers side and under the shift lever. Will get you a photo when I get back home later this week... It looks like a 3 prong male plug. The middle is the NSS. One is the backup lights and don't remember what the other one is.. Don't use it on the race car.... Photo will help... Do know that the NSS goes to ground and that completes the circuit to the start relay....

Here it is... The one in my hand has one of the prongs broken off but you get the idea... the second one is where it goes in the tranny... Hope this helps...

Mack a 68 probably has the single stud one in it...I have a 68 904a and a 68 727 and they both have the single stud type...with a single wire from the starter relay...welcome aboard and feel free to fire away with more questions..

They go both ways,

My 68 904 had a 3 prong
