First things first have you thought about how much money would go into restoring the car have you looked at other 73 chargers on the internet and have you checked out what body parts go for bumpers floor pans and interor just to run it buy you by the looks yes it seems great but a mopar is not cheap to restore even restoreing it crapy whitch i dont recomend because of resale if your going to keep the car for the rest of your life then restore it the way you want it but if you plan on getting rid of it down the road you might want to do a little bit extra because you wont get a whole lot out of it and needless to say youd lose your but on what you did put into it a car like that from the pics $1000 to 2,000 dollars would be fair but I would ask him first what he thought he would want out of it he may sell it cheaper due to rusted out floor pans and missing parts

That thing is not worth screwing with-----UNLESS-----

You can get a complete car and for some reason need this body shell, as in, the other complete car is a rusto, and this one is not

Or---maybe decode the VIN and fender tag, and see if this was a rare option car.
