Hey yall! im glad to be able to join a mopar group and own one. I have always loved dodge and always will. I have a 1974 dodge charger named Annie. She's held up through the 14 wyoming years and before that in Nebraska driven by my great grandma. She's running on a 318 that still fires straight up. thats me. i hope i get to know you guys!
Welcome great survivor,we are currently building a 73 charger for my son.

haha thanks lou. If you dont mind me asking, where did you get your panels from? Did you restore the originals? I ask because my car has minor hail damage and was wondering if it would be easier to fix those or to buy new ones.
This car was owned by the P.O. for 13 years prior to us buying it the last 3 it was in pices in a storage garage. It was a real POS, all of the patches were hand formed by me we purchased no sheetmetal [except the trunk gutters] the lower quarters are fileing cabinet metal doubled up,the trunklid and fender patches were made from a wrecked chevrolet pickup z71 bedside sheetmetal [mopar tuff with junk chevy stuff] all this has been done by myself i have no welding training or fabrication experiance [i have never welded before this] the welder i have is on loan to me from a friend [he said keep it as long as you need it] i have helped build race cars, dune buggys ect. and i have done cosmetic restorations but this is my first full build. It ain't gonna be a show car but hopefully will be decent looking driver. This is where we got our trunk gutters.

They dont seem to have the parts i need, i need to replace the front fenders due to dents from my grandmother (hilarious story by the way) and a hole from rust about 3MM in diamiter
From the looks of the photos your damage is repairable they do not make replacement steel fenders, doors, hood, trunk you gotta get used ones and good ones are hard to find and very pricy.I would check with a dent puller guy to see if he could help or have a body shop look at a repaint the origanal color [your car is what is called a survivor origanal paint, interior, engine ect]. Survivors are worth more to collectors [not that 71-74 318 chargers are worth a lot] but what i'm sayin is a survivor car is more appealing to folks at car shows that has been my experiance with my cuda. From looking at your photos my sugestion would be clean up/detail engine bay, interior, trunk, put some ralley wheels on it [or steelys/dog dish or magnums] dual exhaust. Have the exterior repainted or detailed and call it done it looks very solid from the photos, this is just my sugesstion as that is what i would do if i had it you are a lot better off than i am.It is a very nice car with family history have fun with it.
I will have to check With the body shops and all, but my plan was to paint the car a candy apple red, with a black soft top since the car was originally a soft top with the flat gray American racing Shelby rims.
