ebody jig

I'm not bodyman at all, but some of the factory manuals have the chassis measurements buried somewhere
What year / model is your car?
Here (for example) is a complete 70 manual, from MyMopar
http://www.mymopar.com/index.php?pid=31
Direct link. You have to "unzip" it
http://www.mymopar.com/downloads/ser...ice_Manual.zip
Now, the page numbers in the pdf are consecutive, IE do not folllow the original Mopar "dash" system, so you have to hunt a little
Page 1197 in my browser shows a 70 Cuda

Years ago I built a wooden jig with the rockers resting on top, punched lower lip screwed into wood with both sides tied together, almost like a big upsidedown picnic table. Sounds a little hoaky but worked great. Today I'd probably weld up something similar in steel.
I always suggest taking 8 height measurement with engine and trans in, on the tires. Mearure where the subframes meet the floor near the torque boxes and at the end of the front and rear frames rails. A flat concrete floor helps but not critical as long as you duplicate it later. If you cut the front end, suspension height attachment points can be duplicated with factory manual, string and a level. Remember 40 year old cars sag when lifted.
