electrical gremlins

So, I am new to this Forum.... I have a 1966 Beledere II with a recurring electrical issue.
It is dead - wont start no lights just dead...
It started up and ran fine in garage all winter. pulled her out wash wax drove to work and now nothing... LOL!
Like I said this has happened in the past - usually when its wet outside which makes me wonder...

battery is new and fully charged / new cables
New alternator and regulator
new electronic ignition plugs and wires
New starter and most blocks on fire wall have been replaced
with the exception of the fuse block and any wiring leading into the interior

I am wondering if this is the ignition switch or a fuse issue or wiring ugh

Sounds like a bad circuit battery drain. You tube search will find all sorts of diagnostic tricks.
