Getting ready to be a Mopar owner

I've been messing with old cars since 1994. I have always had GM products. 4 1965 Pontiac Catalinas, 1 1975 Firebird, 1 1979 Z28, 1 1980 Z28, 1 1992 Z28, 1 1967 Pontiac Lemans, 1 1979 Bronco and 1 1979 F150. It has been a blast but kind of burnt out on the same old thing. I've sold off my 1992 Z28 (blast of a car to drive and took it on power tour this year and had a ball) and now looking to change things up and go Mopar. I'm limited with my budget ($7k) but from looking around that should get me a useable car. I've looked at early 70's Chargers a 73 Roadrunner clone and some Dusters and Darts. Really, I like the Chargers and Satellites. I'm going to do some reading up so if anyone could shed some light on these cars that would be great. Looking foward to messing with something new for a change. I'm just west of Atlanta, GA so if anyone knows any cars that are available in my range that would be cool. I'd travel up to around 300 miles for a good car. Thanks.

Wow. What a small world huh?

I've been in Atlanta since March, heading back for my new job in Bellevue on August 10th. (3000 mile drive, oh boy).

I work at the sister dealer of the Lithia Springs Volkswagen dealer down here in Union City..

What brought you from Washington to here?

I've been here since '93. Came to work for my father in law and have been here since. We are looking to move to Tucson in a couple years. Seattle is a great place but I could'nt live there again. I've done that drive 3 times SEA/ATL. Not fun. Especially in the summer.
