Headers

Hi. Totally new to the forum thing, but I am told this is where good info resides. I have a 74 Roadrunner with probably a 70 440 engine. I want to put headers on. Any suggestions on a selection?

welcome to the forum
I would go with Hooker part # 5101HKR (painted) or 5101-1HKR ( coated)

X2

The 'Hooker's' have always had a reputation for "tucking up" nice.

Googled it and the part says it won't fit the '73. Assume it wont fit the '74 either?

TTI. http://www.ttiexhaust.com/HEADERS.htm#RB

Make sure you read the footnotes and call them with any questions. I like them cause they only make Mopar headers and exhaust.

Hooker is owned by Holley and we show they are for a B body 67-74 383/440
That is as long as it has a big block K member and stock Mopar big block heads

My sister used the headman elite hedders in her 72 charger with a 383. They fit quite nicely and have thicker wall tubing and thicker flange for less warpage. I did have to put a small dimple in them to fit around the mini starter (only like 1/8"). Got em from summit around $330
