Hello, I'm Kyle, I'm 16, and looking to buy a Mopar.
I dont even know if the guy is looking to sell it, but the car has been sitting for years, so...
But anyway, It's a Dodge Demon. i havent got pictures yet, but i am led to believe that it was once a hemi orange, (faded horribly), and I cant tell if it's a 340, a slant 6 or whatever, but I want it.
Can anyone give me more info, or where to find a good background on the Dodge Demon?
Thanks, and I love the site.

When you open the hood, it will be rather obvious as to it being a slant 6 (block lens to the left) or a V8 as in a 340 0r maybe a 273. Is it auto trans or manual, column or on the floor. Demon was a brother to the Duster.
Keep those inner emothions to a minimum during conversations with the owner or he'll realize he has a real live one here and you may end up paying too much.
Do your homework and find out a lot about the vehicle before you lay down your money. Chances are your the only person looking at the car, so the stories about someone coming to look later today or tommorow are usually created to push you over the edge now.
I hope you get it!

I had a guy come to buy an LX torana off me that i had advertised in the paper. He was 16, and he tried to bargain with me. I bargained with him, and the price ended up more than it was advertised for, and he didn't realise it! So my advice is, pick a price, and dont budge. Dont let the guy know you really want it. Walk away if he sais no to a fair price. Give him your phone number so he can call you if he changes his mind.
No demon came from the factory with a 273, your options were the "C" 225. the "G" 318, or the "H" 340"B"198 - the,,. The "B" &"C" were slant 6's and the "G"" &"H" were the V8's.
