NEED serious help!.

Hello I'm new from the US. I have a 1992 dodge D150 and I can NOT for the life of me find any Left upper control arms fully assembled or not part number 52059039. I need one badly to the truck up and running asap.

A custom fab shop can build you one. If you have some decent welding skills you can get the pieces you need from a good off road shop and build your own pair for a couple hundred bucks.
