New guy with a 64

Hey all! I'm restoring a 64 polara 500 and I'm in need of some (a lot of) body pieces. I cant find anyone doing after market that far back. I'm hoping some one here can help.

Thanks!

Welcome aboard....here's the deal...you got one that is farther back and less new parts being made for it....go to 1977 and it's the same deal to....too new and not many parts made for it....have a 1968 Dodge Dart and you can find all kinds of new parts. Good luck. If you can find a part number type it in here and see if anyone has a NOS one.

All I can do is wish you well. I had a '64 440, 426 wedge, converted the PB to a 4 speed and later dropped in a 440 and Dana that I got from a junked GTX. Yup. Stuff was cheap back then. NOBODY ever considered that perfectly good GTX body would someday be worth gold. Last time I saw it (I guess the statute of limitations is run out) it was illegally headed for the long term storage lot at N.A.S. Miramar.
