if it has the stock ignition with the white ballast resistors, go and get 2 new ones. put them in the glove box. the first time it does a no start just swap out the one under the hood, be for you check anything else. and un bolt the one under the hood and just let it hang. if its bolted to the finder / fire wall in the rainy season water will collect and freeze and break the ballast. causing a no start. happened to me on new 1977 D100

Funny...truck came with a bag of three extra BR's...also this is my 3rd POWER WAGON, a Reg Cab 77, a Club Cab 79 and now my first Crew...I've always wanted a Crew...this one fell into my lap...trucks got a few issues but basically strong as Kpng...Body is 100% straight I could sand and primer it today and not have to put but a 1/2 cup of bondo anywhere...its that straight...

I do have one issue inside he cab...truck did not have marker lights but looks like it had an antenna on top...I've got cancer just above the top of the door frame inside on both sides of the Front of the cab...not in back...need to fix that...its a .mil truck...very spartan on the inside...

Was a 6 cyl and a 3 speed...second owner swapped it for a 318 and a 727...

Still up in the air about paint...part of my wants to go back OD Green...part of me wants to go FDE or Flat Tan...
