I see... OK
1. Its Not charging... 12 Volts (Just off Idle, Is a no Charge Problem) Let tend to it after fixing the draw.
2. It has a bad draw...
Lets fix the draw first..... with the battery Charged.... Unhook the + Battery cable.... Put a test lamp between it and the battery.... Start at the Fuse block pulling fuses. when the light goes out. that will be the circuit that has the draw on it.. You must find the draw....
Note: before starting the above... Check and make sure that the Glove box light is not on all the time? also check to see if the truck light is not stuck on all the time.
Anyway... Try those and let see what you come up with. Remember when the light goes out.... that going to be what needs to get fixed, its the one killing the battery.
Keep us posted on your findings..... Will stay tuned...

Thanks to All for the great advise
The problen was a bad rebuilt alternator and possible in addition a loose belt.
Replaced Alternator and new belt. Adjusted properly. Run like a charm .And don't die!!!!!!.
