New Member says Hello!
Howdy from Missouri,
I've looked around awhile and decided this site looks like the place to be for all things Mopar. Looks like an active and responsive group. I have a few Mopars that I've had stored for several years and I am determined that now is the time to start/finish restoring them. Here's a quick list: 1969 383 Super Bee, 1970 340 Duster, 1970 440 Charger RT/SE, 1973 440 Polara (old Cop car). My tow vehicle is a 1994 5.9 Cummins with 278K putting down 385hp/880ft-lbs to the ground on a load dyno.
I'm not a real motorhead but love Mopars and hope to learn more from those who are.

Thanks for the warm welcome(s). Here is a pic of the Charger, Bee, and Duster when I picked them up in 2002 and one of the Duster as it now sits. I don't have a pic of the Polara, it's body is in real good shape except where both a-pillars were drilled for spot lights. All were New Mexico vehicles and all have since been stored in my shop. I have returned the Duster it to it's original Lime Light color - not sure what I'll do with the others.

Awesome group of cars! You've got to love the Sublime green. I think the high impact colors were a stroke of genius for Chrysler. I liked Plum Crazy so much, I painted my 67 GTX clone that color even thought it is not correct for the year.

Thanks for the comments. I also love the high impact colors. I've been seriously considering doing the Bee and Charger in sublime with black vinyl tops as well but that would mean I’d have to change their interiors from white to black. I've had some say I shouldn't change colors - I sure don't want to devalue their worth. The Bee looks very regal in its original black with white vinyl top and interior but I’m not crazy about the paint scheme on the Charger, nor do I care much for the Landau top. Any thoughts/advice there?
