Hi all. My name is Walter and I’m a 19 year old college student with bigger dreams than wallets. I currently drive a 1989 Dodge W250 that I had grown up with (was my grandfather’s) and have been spending the past 20 months rebuilding and making mine. It’s a factory 360 TBI truck with a 727 automatic and NP241 transfer case going to D44/60 axles with 4.10 gears. It currently has 49k miles on it and I personally have put 5k on it. My other ride is my long term ride: it’s a 1971 Dodge Polara Custom Sedan that my great Grandmother bought new in 1971. It’s a factory 383 2bbl automatic car with A/C. Was driven by my uncles and Dad until 1993, when it was parked. Saturday May 26 was the first time it had moved in 25 years (albeit by towstrap). I am currently in desperate need of rear frame rails and A-pillars for the car, as 25 years of sitting has caused major rust issues. I am also looking for a long bed roll bar off of a Macho Power Wagon to put on my truck. Thank you all.
