Recently purchased a 1964 Dodge Polara and trying to decipher the fender tag to see the original state of the car. Have been unsuccessful in locating this information.

S0=1212 number=1500 BDY= 632 TRM=H4R PNT=BB1


I know SO is production date,BDY 632 is 2 door hard top, TRM H4R red, PNT BB1 is formal black. Need help deciphering 1-0 and a-z if anyone can help would be much appreciated.
