I just had to replace the fuel line on my 2004 Dodge intrepid which has the 2.7 liter engine. The line has a small pin hole leak in the nylon section up near where it clips onto the fuel rail. This is a common problem and should be a recall. Anyway I got the new Fuel line in and in the process somehow I disconnected the other line which I think is a vapor line. This line has a blue clip with a rubber hose with a metal nipple on the end.
I cannot find where this goes to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

That looks like a vacuum or vapor line, where is is attached to on the other end?

 

I think its a return vapor line. It runs all the way back to the tank along side the high pressure fuel line. When I was pulling the high pressure line down to change I pulled this off by mistake and now can't find where it goes to. The high pressure has a green clip this one has a blue clip.

 

Vacuum canister line?

It comes up the back of the engine from the tank. It has a blue clipped disconnect which changes to a hose approx 11" long with a metal nipple end.
