pop it out weld a peice of sheet metal (swear) in with the right curves (swear) grind the welds swear and swear some more, keep grinding and swearing body fill (swear) sand and swear again, add more body filler swear some more maybe kick the car sand, then feather fill prime paint the look the pull your hair out cuz it dont look right.

It's easiest just to replace the entire roof, cutting at the factory joints on the winshield pillars and at the seam behind the rear quarter windows. A salvage yard is probably not going to charge any more for a complete roof than they would for just a part of it.
