Got a 440 got a 06 charger why not

 

You can put anything in anything, now is it legal or practical is another issue. Aside from that there would be a lot of things in the way, you would have to do a lot of measuring , shock towers, firewall, transmission tunnel etc..
personally i'm not for putting 50 year old technology in a 12 year old car, it just seems backwards. But that's me.

 

K frame and oil pan could be a problem also.
