Any 67+ A-body disks will bolt up.

Most popular conversion is the 73-76 A-body big bolt pattern swap because more parts are readily available.

To build on what blue 68 GTS posted, find an A-Body ( Dart, Duster, Dart Sport, Valiant, Scamp ) that has Disc brakes and take the whole setup. Upper and lower control arms, spindles, brake lines, proportioning valve, brake Master Cylinder, and if you so desire, Power Brake booster. Replace ware items like bearing, bushings, pads and maybe even new soft lines, and you will be set.

This is mostly tailored to B-bodies, but this is the last word in factory Mopar brake swaps. It does include A-bodies too. good luck! http://www.moparaction.com/tech/archive/disc-main.html
