Home made AC line.

I bought an old dealer add on AC kit for an unknown car, and it came with crimp it yourself hoses.

While I was looking at them, the idea hit me to use some of the el cheapo stainless steel braided hose cover and see how it looks. Me, I like it, pretty proud of how it came out. Whadda you all think?

Looks good but is that hose rated for freon?

what tool to crimp?

just intrested , those are nice crimps. in vice?

The hose are rated for freon, hard as hell to cut, the braid is just for looks. The tool is the cheapest one I could find on e-bay, you insert dies, close the jaws and crank the bolt down.
