Restoring horn switches

My '77 Charger has a problem with the horn switches sticking. After taking the horn buttons and switches apart I found the reason for the sticking was deteriorating foam that was previously holding apart the two contact points of the switch. Has anyone encountered this problem before, can you suggest a replacement product to go between the contacts.

Solved horn switch problem

Solved my own problem. After disassembling all three horn switches, I cleaned off the old foam that was separating the contacts using some "Goof Off". I then purchased a $0.49 sheet of foam from a local craft store that was about 1.5mm thick. I then traced the pattern onto the sheet, cut the three pieces out, and used a hole punch for where the contacts come together. Sprayed all three pieces with some contact cement and reassembled the switches. To my astonishment, they work like a charm. If you attempt a similar restoration, be sure the foam you buy is soft and springy, otherwise the resistance on the horn buttons will be too stiff.
