turbo?
well if you're good at fabrication, then it will be easy. just time consuming. if i were you i'd get these books: http://www.amazon.com/Turbocharging-.../dp/0760328056 and http://www.amazon.com/Modify-Managem...7271620&sr=1-1 and do your reading. if you read these two books, they will tell you everything that you need, everything that you should and shouldn't do and how to do it.
as far as cost you could buy a cheap turbo kit that is chinese made and pretty crappy for around $1200 but that doesn't include a lot of things like labor costs (if your having someone do it) or dyno tuning. buy yourself a quality turbo thats a name brand otherwise you'll kick yourself in the *** for buying a cheap one very soon after its installed.
