I put this here because it looks like no one posts very much in the pre-1962 forum.

I have found a 1952 Chrysler New Yorker hardtop coupe in very good original condition--still has original interior under plastic covering! Anyway, body, paint, chrome are very good and so is engine! I can buy it for $10,500---I don't know anything about these cars and their values. Is that a fair price or a bad or good deal?

To me it is on the high end, someone else might think it is a deal ???

 

just a quick note. i think the engine you have is a 331 ci hemi with 180 hp. from about 1951 throu most of the 60s a new yourker will have the biggest engine for that year

Depending on condition and originality, the price may not be out of line.
