1964 300k gauges

First before i say anything let me say thanks for any and all advice. I have a 1964 300k. I bought out of storage I have it running the headlights, turn signals, brake lights, radio, heater, wipers everything you can think of works fine, Except the gauges fuel, thermostat, alternator etc. i'm pretty sure i have the wires plugged into where the belong and have checked the fuse all the things a shade tree mechanic would know to do,. the clock is missing and the wire is cut, So the questions i have are.First do these all run off the same power source, if the power starts with one and runs in order threw each gauge which one does it star with and how do i check it. Second is there away for me to just run a new power source and just by pass the original wiring and just wire them myself.and what gauge would i start with please keep in mind I am a shade tree mechanic so anything you suggest has to be put in simply terms thanks again

Although I haven't worked on that particular car I know a lot of mopars from that era had a printed circuit on the back of the instruments which cracked. I have removed the panel and soldered up the cracks on a couple of them. It is not easy but testing each circuit and either repairing the crack or running a jumper wire worked, Good luck
