The 1968 GTX I Purchased seems to have a new gas tank and sending unit with a braided line going to the also fairly new mechanical fuel pump, thats all thats connected . Where does the small line coming out of the sending unit goes as well as the 2 lines coming out of the gas tank ??????
The car starts and runs but theres a strong smell of gas with these lines open as they are.

Should I even run the car or is this a dangerous situation? Any info or a diagram of the gas tank would be greatly appreciated.
