1974 dodge dart swinger alignment

dear people,
well 6 years ago i bought this swinger (check new album section for pics), it was a rotbox i admit (didnt pay much for it thank god) but at that time i didnt even look underneath a car when buying it (poor sucker) well anyway i finally got the thing running the other day in the hopes of making it a daily driver ie beater car to save the wear on my new truck...well heres the problem, the alignment is totally i mean totally out of line. i brought it to two alignment guys they both said its too rusty under there, back frame is rotted etc. etc. nobody want s to touch it. btw the brakes are a mess other than that everythings peachy oh i forgot the throttle arm is sticking and preventing the car from shifting properly...anyways no pro alignment guy wants to touch this thing with a ten foot pole...what can i do or should i do? should i part out the car (heresy to me) or can i find some backyard mech to help out...is there a way this can be done by eyeballing it or some such thing...this car was my first mopar bought at 16 (not this exact one..same model) so i really want to save it ie preserve it...help please anyone with suggestions, btw my funding is slightly limited, i know this car isnt worth much, everyones telling me to give up on it, but the motor 318 sounds awesome everything inside works, tons of tachs etc, new radio, new dash, new seats, pls help all you mopar guys...this is NOT going to be scrapped

Replacement frame rails are available but it takes an experienced welder to do the job

Yep, either repair the rust or use it for parts. The rusted chasis is probably the reason for your throttle linkage binding up as well. Do Not get under that thing. The car is unsafe at this time.
Your best bet would be to find a new rust free body for all those nifty parts.

No wonder your funds are limited. Sounds like a lot of fun. Let us know how things go.
