440 flex plate

Can anybody tell me if all 440 flex plates are the same I have a 73 440 out of a truck and it wont line up to the converter that came out of a car. Where is the best place to get one.Thanks

I know that the flex plate for my 400 is smaller than the flex plat for my 440. maybe you have a converter for a smaller engine. or someone use the wrong flexplate.

Remember that there is an offset hole. All four bolt holes are not equally spaced.
