66 vs 72 Fury

I have been to view two project cars and wondered if any of the wiser members could help me out. We have a 66' fury with a commando bb 383 straight body needing seats and a driver floor pan but it runs. Or a 71' 318 with a near solid body and a transmission that jumps out of gear.

I am going to try and get pics up asap, I will be doing all welding and work on either of the cars so it is just a question of investment/ return.

My blood , sweat and tears and passion for cars against return( rarer, more sought after when complete).

Any comments welcome.
