69 Dart Missing!?

I'm trying to locate a particular 69 Dart Swinger 4-speed. Car was sold just North of Madison Wisconsin about three years ago. Blue car, set up for a 440, but had no engine at the time of purchase.

I have the title to the car, and would like to buy the car or work with current owner to sell title.

VIN: LM23P9B187902

Does anyone have ideas? Seen the car around? Have the car?

Any suggestions on how to locate????

This car has sentimental value to me.....and I'm sure the title has some value to the current owner.

Help!

Just out of curiosity, what value does the title have on an older car in your area? In NH it has little to no value after a car is 10 years or older. Hope you find it though, good luck.

No idea what it would be worth, but I figure if I had the car....I'd gladly pay $500 for a clean title. Anyone think this is out of line??

More valuable to me would be a conversation with a previous owner on the car's history. I've actually had this experience and it was eye opening and so entertaining.
