Have 70 Charger RT. Was 383 car but someone dropped a 440 sixpack in it some time ago. The wiring under the hood looked like crap and it had stating problems so we replaced all harnesses under the hood. The original was hacked up to work with the 440 with electronic ignition, so I installed a harness for a 440 sixpack w/electronic ignition. Started first turn of the key. Know it gets interesting, the headlamp doors operate backwards! They close when you turn the headlamps on! Tried to swap the wires but that made the car not fire while cranking, only fired when you let off the key. I was wondering if anyone has seen anything like this before?
