hey guys im new to the site just needed to know if theres any possible way to swap an 89 v6 with a 97 360 v8 see heres the problem bought this truck for 100 bucks has a cracked block and its v6 i dont like v6 so i have my dads old 360 sitting here i just recently rebuilt and was wondering if its possible to do the swap if not ill find another motor, P.S sorry if this is posted in the wrong section but i didnt know how else to post other than this

 

the 89 is a bit shorter than a 91-96 but it will work. To swap the motor in there you need the motor, trans, wiring harness and ecu(s). If you have all those, its a direct bolt in. since v6/v8 motor mounts are the same you dont need anything special there. pm me if you have any questions!!!
