?

Has any one put a 360 into a fox body mustang? I use the mustang for racing and tired of breaking the trans. Or is there a bell housing that i can put on a 727 trans. Need some input. I do have a 5.9L magnum motor and a 727. Just wanted to see if any of you have done this or seen any one do this. Really dont want to cut up the car. The reason I using a ford is because it weighs 2500 pounds right now.

thanks

I've actually seen this done in a mag, (Hot Rod I think). Tons of room in the fox mustang for the motor, tranny might be a different story if thinking 727.
Ultrabell might make the bell adaptor. Google Ultra bell.

I have a Shivvy 3/4 ton that is taking up my garage as we speak, waiting for the owner to come up with this "crate motor" for over a week now; tomorrow= a week since I pulled the old engine; meaning taht if MY shyt breaks I'm working on my own OUTSIDE in 20* temps. If he drags **** much longer on coming up with this engine, I have a 318 and 727 that will find its way in there to get the thing OUTTA HERE with. That said 350s are actually good for something; weight in my truck over the rear axle so I can drive it thru this winter slop! (with a 318 and 4 barrel under the hood)
