I just put the belt on my ac compressor and now my ac works good and cold. The only thing is only the top vents on the dash blow and the bottom ones under the dash dont blow anything. What could cause that? Also my i press heat and the air dosent get hot. What could that be?

 

There is a vacuum valve that opens and closes the damper under the dash. Could be a broken/missing vacuum hose.

 

Or you have a mouse nest catching the air door so it wont shut and block off the ac side from the heater side.

 

As for it not blowing hot, have you checked to make sure the temp lever is hooked up on the backside?
