Air hoses from dash to heater

The air flow hoses
I need to replace the air transfer hoses from heater and air conditioner. They are all rotted away. Most important is the connectors and hoses from the outside air duct on the cowling back to the heater. It is a rectangle with the pipe attached that goes to the heat and cooling box.
Anybody know who makes a replacement part for these?

Thanks

For a 1968 ss convertible with air.

If you can make these up with individual hose, any decent parts store has vacuum hose in various I.D.

Question duct work for air conditioning on a 1968 ssc

I can understand the vaccume hose as a option.
But, the duct work has special end plates that connect to the housing and the hose is formed to that. Wondering if anyone repo the part with the hose?
What are the restoration places doing? Anyone know?

Thanks
