Best aftermarket suspension?
Best aftermarket suspension?
im sure a few people on here have resto mods, i dont have a suspension system(front + rear) yet for my B-body ,so im wondering whats the best aftermarket performance suspension out there? some of the ones ive been looking at are:
magnum force
RMS
iron works
XV
i was originally going to go with magnum force cause i liked how you can pick your own options and customize it yourself, and they looked like the had a good track record from all the builds they did on tv shows, but i read online from a couple of people that their product is not that great because they run the coil overs in the shock towers and they were never made to support the weight of the car there. and a few people said theirs caused bump steer.
havent really heard alot of complaints about RMS.
seems like iron works is the same as RMS just more expensive.
and i heard alot of people online say they had problems with XV stuff.
just wondering what some of you guys are using and are pleased with? i dont mind spending the extra coin if its worth it

The only complaints came from Mopar Action's Richard Ehrenburg. He stated that RMS front rack an pinion should not be used on a street car. The rest of the brands you mentioned are cheaper and look cheaper to. M2C says to save up the money for the RMS system.
Of the choices I like the RMS best , Cap at least retains the T bars which I prefer , personally if it was my car I would rework the stock suspension using bigger T bars & brakes , hollow sway bars etc , you can get a long way on the stock design , the Mopars were far better than the Ford & Gm designs of the same era .
