Best oil catch can

Hi everyone, I'm looking to install an oil catch can between the PCV valve and intake manifold. I have a 1969 Plymouth GTX with a 440. Has a modest cam and heads. Any preferences as to which catch can I should purchase?

I'm not really understanding why you need to do that? Usually you only need a catch can when you delete the PCV system.
But if I am reading into this rite. Sounds like you need to install a baffle in the valve cover to deflect the oil from being sucked into the PCV hose and into the carb? Or am i missing something?
