Best way to attach 3 inch 4pt harness??
Been looking at harness bars, could I just attach the harness to the original seat belt locations for the lap belt and bolt the shoulder straps to the floor behind the buckets im putting in? What about crotch strap?

STOP!!!!
Mounting side belts to factory points is fine,
but DO NOT EVER mount shoulder belts to the floor. This is extremely dangerous. in the event of an accident when you are thrown forward, you are pushed downward in the belts compressing your spine causing severe injury. Shoulder belts should be mounted to a cross bar on the roll cage at or slightly above your shoulders.
Check NHRA Spec's for specific details.

For reasons that escape me, you can download the "much protected" NHRA rules from the Bremerton Raceway site:
http://bremertonraceway.com/2012_NHRA_RuleBook.pdf
You can go to any of the seat belt manufacturer sites (like Simpson) and find helpful stuff on how to install them.
https://www.google.com/search?num=20....0.nEIx1IB_o1s
It is IMPORTANT that the shoulder belts NOT pull down, as for example, if your seat collapses, the shoulder belts will collapse your spine
On my 67, which does NOT have factory roof shoulder belt anchors, I used the factory lap belt anchors, and built a reinforced anchor along the side of the car just in front of the wheel well. I "cheated" and used just one belt as a factory diagonal belt would work. It comes out between the top side of the rear seat, forward through the hole built into the seat, and down to the buckle which I moved over to my right side similar to the factory belts.
This was a set of race belts that were new, never used, but are out of date. I have no desire to race it, so am unconcerned about NHRA
Similar to this, which depicts '67 optional belts. I believe this is in a convertable
