C body parts

I have a 1966 Fury III, and I was wandering(Ive never had a car with such hard to find parts) where can I find parts for it, and by parts I mean like, Weatherstipping, molded carpets, seat covers, dash pads, steering wheels, trim, etc?

weatherstripping-try steele rubber products
molded carpets- try year one, ebay will prob have one but it prob wont fit very well unless its NOS which will be hard to find.
seat covers-year one? or try a local uphoulstry shop
dash pads-year one? or JustDashes or local uphoulstry shop
steering wheels-unless your wanting to keep it stock to the bone, look into aftermarket ones...if you do, keep your eyes out for a nos or lightly used one on ebay/craigslist. you can repair steering wheels, didn't know if you knew that or not.
trim-that will be the most hard thing to find. keep searchin ebay or buy a parts car that has good trim, sell whatever you dont use.

hope this helps.

Here are the various vendors I used when I restored my '65 300 Convertible:

Interior: SMS Auto Fabrics (Door Panels, Seat Insert Material), Legendary Auto Interiors (Seat Covers, Carpet, Sunvisors, Top Well)

Steering Wheel: Quality Restorations (Original wheel and shift ball were recast in original color)

Weatherstripping: Steele Rubber, Restoration Specialties, Brad's NOS (Windshield Gasket)

Dash Pad: Just Dashes

Miscellaneous hard to find soft parts: Gary Goers

Parts that aren't reproduced: National Moparts.

I also got some stuff from Frank's, Atlas and eBay. These cars are more difficult to find parts for. I would also recommend frequenting C Body only boards such as:

www.cborydrydock.com
www.moparfins.com
www.forcbodiesonly.com

These boards have experience C Body hobbyists and also have good Parts For Sale Sections.

Good luck with your project!
